Molly Koenig

Molly Koenig was raised in Covington where she is actively engaged in community interests and serves as chairman of the St Tammany ChamberPAC board, is an advisory board member for MC bank and coaches track for St. Peter Catholic School.

Molly received her Bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama and returned to Covington where she has thrived in a career focused on sales and marketing. She has a genuine passion for people and relationships. In 2020, she joined forces with her college roommate, realtor/designer Margot Rainold and they formed M&M Residential. They are quickly grabbing market share and making a real impact in the Northshore market. Molly was recently named one of Northshore’s top 40 under 40.  As one of the top agents on the Northshore and in the local region, Molly remains focused on cultivating lifelong relationships, sharing her love for everything Northshore and helping families truly ingrain into this community.

Molly has been married to her husband, Clay, for fifteen years and they love raising their three children, Lola, Hayes and Evie in the same place she grew up.
